We build software products
for East Africa.
An independent studio based in Kampala. We build focused software for markets that off-the-shelf software consistently gets wrong — starting with East African tour operators.
See what we're building →HOW WE THINK
Good software is specific. It knows the network conditions, the realistic price point, the actual workflow — not the one described in a requirements document. We build that way — starting from the context we live in, not a product playbook written for someone else's market.
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
Bookings, payments, and operations for tour operators and attraction managers in East Africa.
THE STUDIO
Fourlanes is run by Edwin P. Magezi, who spent a decade building data platforms and web products for international development organisations — PATH, the Gates Foundation, Girl Effect, APHRC and others. That work shaped a particular way of building: context-first, for real conditions.
